Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of Front Office
employees to ensure they have completed their daily tasks, in a timely manner and are delivering on the properties guest experience expectations.
Your job duties are critical in the effective supervision of the Hotel.
Leadership, problem-solving, and decisiveness are critical for success in this role.
As a Supervisor, the position involves training staff, implementing new initiatives and developing/updating standard operational procedures (SOP).

- Experience with of Hotel PMS, Opera
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve targets

- Interpersonal and communication skills second to none
- High attention to detail
- Strong financial and business acumen
