We are currently searching for experienced cleaners to join our team

A bit about our company
- At ECD Services we provide a high level of detail with every clean. Each cleaner is expected to provide the same service. Therefore, each cleaner, regardless on the experience level, will go through a training shift (or two).

ECD Services is a small business based in the Hawkesbury whilst servicing all locations across NSW.

Our clients are carefully selected, it's not just about money when it comes to accepting bookings. We ensure our cleaners are cared for and respected by clients, that's how it should always be Our client base has grown from verbal recommendations, it continues to do so at a rapid pace
- we are booking out 1 to 2 months in advance.

About the job
- We are looking for cleaners to start immediately, therefore, you **must have experience** already.

Must have amazing manners and able to speak to clients professionally.

Must have sharp time management skills.

All equipment and supplies are provided for you. These are delivered to your home address on a monthly basis, you are expected to take them to and from clients homes in your own vehicle each booking (boot space needed)(and no, clients homes cannot be accessed via public transport, car is a MUST).

You must be confident in your work. Your confidence and great work performance will be what wins over new clients. Yes, our clients choose their cleaners most of the time
- so your work has to be consistent

Your availability can be suited to your current day-to-day activities. We offer Monday to Friday bookings (Saturdays are available if desired

Work 3 hours a week or work 30- completely up to you (and your performance of course)

**Location**: You are given clients within the area you live in plus your willingness to travel.

9 times out of 10 your bookings are solo bookings, averaging 3 to 4 hours each. We double up on bookings with deep cleans*

We believe multiple cleaners on one job at a shorter duration does not achieve the results we wish to provide and our clients wish to receive
- its rushed and sloppy..

This is a casual cleaning position.

Casual award rates are $31.21

Plus super and tax.

Travel reimbursement is supplied when traveling **between bookings**(not from home) at 0.99cents per KM.

Applicants must be available for a training shift with the owner before taking bookings on their own.

References are highly regarded*
