**The Opportunity** We are seeking experienced coaches to support the delivery of our various sport opportunities at the college. Current vacancies exist in the areas of basketball, rugby league, touch football, volleyball and general coaching experiences. The sport assistant will report directly to the head of sport to help in the selection of teams, supporting students in training and competitions and other relevant coaching duties. **Campus**:Caboolture **Position type**: Casual Contract **Anticipated Commencement Date**:Term 1, 2025 **About you** > Proven ability to interact, mentor and support student and parent arrangements for sport competitions i.e. District and Regional events. > Proven ability to plan, instruct/coach and supervise physical activities/sport programs for adolescents and younger children. > Demonstrated competence and confidence in using a personal computer and relevant software packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, etc. > Knowledge and prior use of Microsoft Teams, the College Administration package (TASS) and Teambuildr, would be an advantage. > Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment. > Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation. > Certificate III in Sport and Recreation or Certificate III in Administration (Business) or equivalent sporting experiences. > First Aid & CPR certificate. **About us** A one College, two campus community-based, co-educational secondary school, led by a dedicated team of innovators and life-long learners striving to support each colleague and student achieve their best.
