**About Us**:
Racing Victoria (RV) is one of Australia’s leading sporting organisations, and the independent governing body of thoroughbred racing in Victoria. We develop, promote and manage the conduct of the racing of thoroughbred horses in Victoria to safeguard its integrity.

We are looking for a suitable qualified Learning Administrator to join our Workforce Development Team.

This is a part-time role, and we are open to how this role may fit in with your life, so there is the ability to adjust your work patterns to suit. For example you may choose to complete the hours over 3 days or 5 days.

**About the Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of the Learning Administrator role is the maintenance, coordination and administration of Racing Victoria’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure Racing Victoria is able to educate, promote learning and meeting compliance objectives.

Critical to the success of this role is working with Senior Managers and the compliance team to ensure RV meets compliance obligations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the day-to-day administration and operational performance of RV’s LMS.
- Ensure the accuracy of the user date base, which include RV employees, contractors, and licenced participants.
- Maintaining the LMS with employee certificates of attainment, training records, work related certificate requirements.
- Customer support, including technical issues, roll out of learning modules and face to face support, with an occasional requirement to travel around Victoria.
- Support and coordinate the creation and development of training modules within the LMS.
- Regular reporting requirements

**About You**:
You will thrive in a customer centric, fast paced and hands on team environment. Some of the skills and experience you will have include:

- Relevant degree/qualification in HR, L&D or Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
- Experience with ELMO HR and Payroll solution an advantage but not essential
- Strong administration skills that will include data entry tasks, and attention to detail in proof reading, accuracy or data and ensuring high quality error free modules are made available to users
- Experience as a learner, administrator or teacher using eLearning software
- Education instructional design experience would be an advantage but not essential, if no experience a willingness to develop skills is essential
- Ability to write captivating content to engage learning audiences
- Desire to continuously improve the content and user experience
- Monitor and assess new ELMO functionality for benefits to maximise engagement with the LMS or offer efficiencies
