**Tree Planting Crew Leader - Boroondara**

Citywide are recruiting for a **Tree Planting Crew Leader** for our Boroondara contract based at our depot in **Notting Hill**.

**Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Day to day tree maintenance works including planting, pruning and watering trees
- Ensure all works are undertaken to a high standard
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members and supervise/train new employees
- Ensure all team members operate, maintain and clean equipment
- Drive and maintain equipment such as trailer mounted machine, light trucks and tip-truck
- Report any safety or productivity issues

**Skills and qualifications required**:

- Current MR Licence
- Cert III Horticulture (Desirable)
- Leadership experience and communication skills
- Tree planting and maintenance skills
- Traffic management
- First Aid certificate
- Strong safety focus and ability to follow all safety procedures
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
