Ohs Coordinator

**The Role**

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.

Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, the OHS Coordinator is responsible for co-ordinating and establishing the engagement of safety, health, and wellbeing activities at Alba Thermal Springs and Spa. The role involves ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, promoting a positive safety culture, and implementing effective risk management strategies. This position plays a key role in creating a safe and supportive environment for both staff and guests.

This is a permanent part-time position (2 days/15 hours per week).

**About You**
- **You**have knowledge of the Work, Health and Safety Act and regulations (essential)**:

- **You**have experience in general health and safety, policies and practices including familiarity with current legislation and experience in Risk Management and understanding of risk management systems**:

- **You**have demonstrated experience in internal and external auditing processes**:

- **You**are computer literate and a strong attention to detail and accuracy**:

- **You**have excellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skills**:

- **You**have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role**:

- **You**have a Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety or related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience**:

- **You**have a certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired)**
