Due to our great performance, we are expanding our sales team within an additional **Customer Service-Inbound Sales Automotive Parts in Smithfield 2164.**

**Hours of Work**:
This is a **full-time** position that requires usual hours of 9:00am-5:30pm/9:30am-6:00pm Monday - Friday.

**What You Will Do**:

- Converting leads and transferring calls to sales team to follow up goods purchasing
- General parts interpretation
- Developing great relationships with your customer base

**Who We Need**:

- Previous automotive parts experience, however, is not a prerequisite.
- A positive attitude and is both dependable and reliable
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and customer service skills
- Motivation, attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently.
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Fluent English
