Based in Gawler, you will provide clinical leadership and operational management for a multidisciplinary team delivering community-based aged care and disability services. **HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?**
- Lead and manage the Community Aged Care team to deliver efficient, high-quality services aligned with Commonwealth and State agreements
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and development opportunities to support team excellence and workforce growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative models of care that meet diverse community needs, including Aboriginal health priorities
- Oversee resource management and contribute to strategic planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement of aged care services
