We’re excited to offer a rewarding opportunity to join Doutta Galla Aged Services in Avondale Heights as a Clinical Care Supervisor (Grade 5 Registered Nurse). In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional clinical care services, overseeing care planning, and conducting thorough reviews and assessments of all clinical care aspects.

This position is casual, with both day and night shifts available. Come be a part of a dedicated team making a difference in the lives of our residents

**What you will bring**:

- Dedication to resident care and support
- Excellent clinical knowledge regarding medical conditions, palliative care, and care of people living with dementia including managing challenging behaviours
- High level interpersonal and written skills
- A positive and flexible attitude
- Experience managing staff and performance management
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, resident representatives and other health professionals
- Understanding of the aged care reform agenda, including AN-ACC funding and royal commission recommendations related to clinical care
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse DIV 1 registration with no conditions
