**Job Summary**

As a store supervisor, you will be enthusiastic to manage/train a team of customer facing T-Ristas, a can-do attitude and responsible for every aspect of the retail store operations to deliver world class Chatime experience.

**There is opportunity open at Brimbank (Deer park) store as well.**

**Key responsibilities & Accountabilities**

While no two days are the same, the responsibilities are;
- Leadership and People Management_
- Bring to life our values of Brave, Real, Inclusive and Curious through inspiring the team by your own demonstration of the values in your interactions with customers, the team and other key stakeholders
- Build a strong and diverse team that includes members with various experiences, backgrounds, and skillsets to deliver consistent great customer experience.
- Manage the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Provide team member recognition, gap assessment, and overall performance documentation to support and reinforce the career and personal growth of your team.
- Plan and prepare team member work roster according to labour law, staff availability, and store budget considerations.
- Bring to live Inclusivity by establishing supportive and productive working environment with all T-Ristas.
- Customer Experience_
- Support T-Rista to deliver Chatime World Class customer experience, including providing product education, and supporting in-store transactions.
- Show leadership in the store to assess and meet the needs of the business, team, and customers.
- Address day to day issues, including customer and technical issues
- Get involved and actively promote with Local Area Marketing initiatives
- Operations_
- Taking ownership of the T-Brewery’s sales and results. Proactively looking at ways to increase performance by assessing store key metrics - Sales, ATV and Loyalty.
- Plan and execute high-level planning (e.g. strategy, budget and labour) for store.
- Understand and follow OH&S to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform work in accordance with available policies, procedures, and laws or regulations policies including all food handling and safety procedures.
- Budget Responsibility:_
- Accountable for store budget; labor hours; COGS/wastage.

**Job Requirement**
- Eligibility_
- Legally eligible to work in Australia.
- Police check
- Availability_
- Willing to work a flexible schedule.
- Other Requirements_
- Willing to work as part of a team and also willing to work independently/alone.
- Willing to move between store to help under-staffed store.
- Experience_
- 1 year people management/supervisor experience
- 2 years retail experience

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
