Mount Gravatt Mazda have an exciting position for a Junior Parts Trainee, as we are seeking the talents of an energetic team player, customer service orientated, and delivering quality service and repair work to join our Parts Department team. This role is based at Mount Gravatt

Working closely with the Parts Manager, You will be responsible for:

- Identifying parts and components
- Consulting catalogues
- Carrying out storage and stock control procedures
- Materials handling
- Sales activities
- Guest advice
- Receiving and filling orders for parts
- Invoice preparation
- Organising dispatch
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and be able to work under pressure
- Well-developed administrative experience in a service and/or customer relations role
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience working within a stores/warehouse environment
- Computer literacy and an understanding of logistics & transport issues will be an advantage
- Dedication, reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic
- Be a team player and
- Be able to work autonomously
- Personal presentation
- Hold a current and valid manual driver's license (Queensland)
- Must work in line with Mount Gravatt Mazda's Values and Supporting Behaviour
