Maxima has been engaged to recruit a Facilities Maintenance Officer / Handyperson for a casual position based in the inner Southern suburbs.

**About the role**

Working Monday to Friday approximately 7.00am until 3.30pm

Building maintenance tasks include:

- Fixing locks
- Replacing doors
- Patch / paint walls
- Fix fly screens
- Change lightbulbs
- Replace taps
- Hang pictures
- Pack / Stack chairs

Garden Maintenance tasks include:

- Lawn Mowing
- Brush cutting
- Leaf Blowing
- Raking / Mulching
- Basic Pruning
- Basic Irrigation

**About you**

You are a friendly and approachable person and have a the following attributes:

- Current drivers' license
- Ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
- National Police Check (or ability to attain)
- Working with Children Check (or current DCSI / DHS child-related experience)
- Availability for full time
