Part of the new development program the cadet will undertake a number of various roles in order to self develop and evolve into a preferred role. The rotation occurs between 3 roles, Project Management, Estimating and Site Supervision, the rotation happens upon completion of the requirements for each role by the cadet. A cadet will shadow a senior operating in this role in order to best develop and learn whilst completing task assigned.

Key requirements of this role:

- Clear Communication Skills
- Motivation & Passion to Learn
- Basic Understanding of Design Documents
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Sound Reading Skills
- Basic Construction Knowledge (Paving & Civil Works Sector)
- Valid Drivers License
- Industry Induction Card (White Card)
