**The Role**
Creating the best experience for our workers is at the heart of this role. With a focus on scheduling excellence, workforce engagement and retention, you will be a key collaborator across the Operations and Shared Service teams to ensure that services are delivered consistently and reliably, and our workforce is highly engaged.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide day to day support to the Rostering and Workforce team ensuring a strong customer focus and excellence in service delivery.
- Develop a high performing, high accountability and outcomes focused team culture.
- Develop and implement workforce planning and strategic initiatives to support the attraction, utilisation, engagement and retention of the workforce.
- Drive and manage the integration of our recruitment, workforce, rostering, and operations teams.
- Utilise data to improve rostering practices, ensuring rostering efficiencies with high levels of workforce utilisation.
- Continuously look to improve and implement processes and practices that benefit field employees and clients.
- Provide insights and reporting on workforce performance to inform strategic decision-making.
**Key Requirements**:
- Experience in the provision of Community Care Services (either NDIS or home care) with a knowledge and understanding of the standards and regulations.
- Expertise in workforce rostering and planning, ideally in the Aged Care or NDIS sector (desirable).
- People leadership experience with a track record of developing high performing, accountable teams.
- Demonstrated ability to be agile and flexible, managing competing priorities.
- Ability to implement change, taking teams on the change journey.
- Experience using rostering tools and technology to improve processes and create efficiencies.
- A genuine desire to contribute to our culture and to build positive brand awareness.
