Maintenance / Handyperson

$27-35 per hour plus incentives, Sub-contract

We are seeking a multi skilled maintenance person to start immediately.

The position would be for 3 days per week for trial period then increased

Potentially leading to full time hours.
- Current driver’s license

.Recent relevant experience

.ABN (Or willing to get one)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Their own vehicle and tools (some tools can be supplied)
- Experience in residential building maintenance

AND:

- Work well unsupervised
- Be able to problem solve
- Present themselves professionally

A national police clearance certificate may be requested from successful applicant at some point.

Covid vaccination is required for some of the sites that we service.

Some of the tasks required may include, but are not limited to:

- General “handyman” maintenance items
- Carpentry
- Tiling and grouting
- Fencing
- Painting
- Paving repairs
- Silicon sealing
- Plaster board repairing
- Minor plumbing
- Guttering and storm water

The majority of our work is from Aldinga to Prospect, with the office & workshop being at Lonsdale.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
