Role Overview
We’re seeking a Hybrid Marketing Administrator to drive our social media and digital presence. You’ll partner closely with our clinicians to craft engaging content, manage campaigns, and grow our online community. This is a project-based position with the opportunity for ongoing work, blending in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
Write, schedule, and publish posts that resonate with clients, referrers, and industry peers
Design simple graphics and visuals (using Canva or similar) to support campaigns.
Monitor analytics, track performance metrics, and optimise content for growth and engagement
Coordinate digital newsletters, blog posts, and LinkedIn articles
Assist with occasional in-office initiatives: events, workshops, and community outreach
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, preferably within healthcare, psychology, or professional services
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate clinical concepts into clear, accessible messages
Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.) and basic graphic design
Ability to self-manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
