Specialist Oncologist Practice in Coburg is seeking an experienced, professional, mature minded medical receptionist/administration to join our small friendly team.

To be successful in this role the applicant **MUST **have previous medical experience (mínimal 3 years) be highly motivated, able to work within a team and individually, exceptional customer service, proficient computer skills, exceptional English writing and grammar skills, professional presentation, work well under pressure and be organised at all times.

**Principal duties include**:
Front desk reception duties

(appointments, telephone, data entry, meet and greet)

Billing of outpatient consultations

Scheduling appointments

Administrative duties as directed

An immediate start is available.

Available to fill in for annual leave or sick leave is required.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.93 - $35.10 per hour
