**Your gig**:

Reporting to the Club Manager, you'll connect people to a gym membership that empowers them to live happily ever active.
- **In a nutshell**:_

You'll understand peoples' goals, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to form a genuine and long-term relationship with them.
You'll provide people with relevant solutions and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
You'll deliver warm and genuine interactions where queries and feedback are handled effectively.
You'll create a flawless experience for each new member by providing a non-intimidating sign-up process and a thorough set-up to ensure they have a smooth first visit.
You'll identify and gain new members through daily activities like prospect and retention calls, community activations (always loads of fun), and following up on leads and referrals.
You'll get a comprehensive four-week induction to set you up for success and ongoing product and sales training to ensure you optimise your results.
You'll be empowered to manage your own time and can be counted on to reach your targets.

**Key Selection Criteria**:
Experience in achieving KPIs and targets.
Customer service or sales experience (ideally 2+ years).
A passion for fitness is essential.
Police check, Working with children check, First AID & CPR ( Or willing to obtain )
Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Gordon, NSW 2072: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
