**The Venue**

With an extensive selection of Mediterranean and Greek fare on offer, dishes out an array of delicious options like warm pan-fried sweet chilli calamari with homemade dressing, as well as lamb souvlaki with salad, chips, tzatziki and pita bread.tc.

**The Role**

We would love someone who can get behind and excited about our concept. An experienced manager who loves food, loves creativity, and will get excited to work with our long term Head Chef and partner with the new venue.

**The Perks**

One weekend off So you will have fair hours, we make sure we don’t overwork our teams and everyone has good work life balance. There will be a good mix of lunches and nights, as well as every Saturday or Sunday off.
