**Qualifications & experience**
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Remaining calm in the face of high levels of stress. We get busy but we have a great team.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume setting.
- Initiative.
- Trustworthy, respectful and reliable.
- Managerial experience is a bonus with the potential to advance your hospitality career

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Serving customers quickly and efficiently.
- We are a locals cafe and we know our customers as friends. We need strong communicators who will thrive in our environment.
- You will have full use of 2 La Marzocco Stradas and a Wally Milk Steamer.
- Educating and informing customers on Tobys Estate Coffee.
- Consistently producing the level of coffee our regular and new customers expect.
- Maintaining the dose and yield, with the confidence to troubleshoot when needed.
- Working with a team as well as autonomously.
- Learn and follow our procedures.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week
