**About The Role**:
We are looking for qualified a Support Worker located around the Peninsula to provide home support to our clients to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:

- Providing general social support and spending quality time with clients
- Helping around the home (light domestic duties)
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Transporting clients to appointments and running errands

**About you**:
We are seeking driven, caring and compassionate people to join our team. You must have;
- Cert III Individual Support or Cert IV in Disability
- NDIS Worker Screen
- Working With Children Check
- Willingness to travel between clients & have your own reliable transport and valid Driver Licence
- Excellent communication skills
