**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Engage, coordinate & manage trades
- Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs
- Liaise between insured parties & insurance companies
- Coordinate access to properties with insured parties
- Dispute / issue resolution as required
- Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OHS requirements
- Ensure all relevant inspections, certificates & documentation are signed off
- Work closely with Estimators & On-Site Supervisors
- Assist in organising contracts, processing quotes & updating variations
- Cost reporting
- Support & assist the administration team when required

- Construction Qualification (or working towards), highly regarded
- Background in the Building or Insurance industry, advantageous
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Relationship building skills
- Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Can-do & positive attitude
- Willingness to learn & start from the ground up in a fast-moving organisation & team
- Valid Australian driver licence
