In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be the crucial link between our clinicians and patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Empower Patients**: Clearly and effectively discuss and present treatment plans developed by our expert clinicians, helping patients understand their options and benefits.
- **Handle Reception duties**:Work alongside our team to handle patient bookings and take payments
- **Navigate Financials**: Confidently discuss various payment options with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about their choices
- **Re-engage & Re-activate**: Skillfully reactivate patients who haven't proceeded with treatment, reigniting their interest and helping them move forward with their dental health goals.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Patient-Centric Approach**: A genuine desire to help people and provide exceptional customer service.
- **Communication Pro**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
- **Organized & Proactive**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- **Tech-Comfortable**: Familiarity with dental PMS (D4W or Carestack) and CRMs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.09 - $36.00 per hour
