**Position Overview**:
The Restaurant Supervisor at Switch Lifestyle plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. This includes overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality guest service, managing staff, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. The Supervisor will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to meet operational goals, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Staff Supervision & Training**:

- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
- Provide guidance and support to servers, kitchen staff, and other team members.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster improvement and growth.
- Ensure all employees adhere to restaurant policies and safety standards.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain an inviting and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Encourage guest feedback to continually improve service and address any areas for improvement.

**Operations & Coordination**:

- Assist in the management of restaurant operations, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and food items, placing orders when necessary.
- Maintain consistent communication with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure the restaurant is compliant with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

**Financial & Cost Control**:

- Monitor labor costs and help with scheduling to optimize staffing levels.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed to avoid waste and maintain budget.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in tracking sales and analyzing revenue trends.
- Assist in enforcing cash handling policies and procedures, ensuring accurate till reconciliations.

**Marketing & Promotion**:

- Assist with promotional activities and events to increase customer engagement.
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and any new offerings to provide detailed information to guests.
- Help promote loyalty programs and special deals to drive repeat business.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other supervisors to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive, respectful work environment that encourages team collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial management.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
