**The Manager's key responsibilities are**:
- Provide timely and accurate strategic and operational information, advice and analysis to the Regional Executive Director and the regional management team on asset management, financial, human resource, IT, information management another administrative and business issues. Develop and maintain strong professional networks with other areas of the department, in particular Business Management within Regional Service Delivery Operations to ensure effective integration, coordination and liaison occurs. Lead the management of cost centres within the Region and provide advice and assistance to administrative staff to ensure accurate accountable systems are maintained. Coordinate and monitor the development of the Regional and Local Service Centres budget submissions and cash flows and provide regular reports to the Regional Executive Director concerning financial management issues. Provide high level support and analysis relating to business performance reports within the Region. Enhance the local regional community by actively practicing and promoting excellence in service delivery and public administration and identifying opportunities for improving regional client service.
