**About you**:
You are a highly competent and committed Leading Hand with a track record of efficiently managing Water Projects
- such as utilities. You are keen to step up to be a supervisor one day and want a genuine business to assist in making this dream come true. You manage on site construction activities for the purpose of achieving project time and budget objectives. It is second nature for you to demonstrate safety through planning and implementation, taking pride in yourself to be accountable for unparalleled safety culture.

You bring energy and experience but also new ideas, innovation and a continuous mindset of improvement. You are team-focused, self-motivated and get great results via effective prioritisation of tasks and time management, with thorough implementation of QA compliance and development of Environmental Management Plans.

You collaborate well and can mentor and lead a highly skilled team of trades and subcontractors, whilst also being the face of Water specific projects, to the community and clients.

**What you need**:

- Certificate IV in relevant construction qualification or trade certificate
- Previous experience in a similar position - Leading Hand or Supervisor
- Experience in Water projects a pre-requisite
- Experience within the water/wastewater industry also an advantage
- Willing to travel, work away and/or remotely, if require
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project etc)
- Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong attention to planning and programming the works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Commitment, energy, drive
- Proven track record of working to strict deadlines
