Mini Masterminds is an award-winning childcare organisation with 20 Centre's across NSW. Children enjoy unique extracurricular activities like Mini Masterchefs, Mini Champions, Mini Yoga, and Mini Linguistics, enriching their growth beyond the classroom.

**Position Overview**
Join our Brand new Tallawong service, children across three beautiful learning rooms. As the Educational Leader, you will lead and guide our educators in delivering exceptional programs that ignite curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.

This is your opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up driving high quality educational practice, embedding inspiring programs, and fostering a collaborative culture where both children and educators thrive.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development, planning, and delivery of engaging and holistic learning programs.
- Mentor, coach, and support educators to achieve excellence in early childhood practice.
- Work closely with the Centre Director to uphold compliance and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation.
- Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of children in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Build strong partnerships with families and the community to support every child’s development.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Proven experience as an Educational Leader or strong interest in stepping into the role
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Child Protection training/certificate
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
