Web Administrator

We are currently seeking a full-time Web Administrator for our business located in Pyrmont, NSW

Your duties will include:

- Assess and determine software, hardware, and network requirements to support GetFish’s online seafood retail operations and digital infrastructure.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for website, e-commerce platform, and internal system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain software tools and plug-ins that optimise website performance, order management, and customer experience.
- Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable network and hosting environments to support continuous online operations.
- Design, update, and manage the GetFish website to ensure high availability, seamless functionality, and alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
- Monitor and perform routine maintenance or replacement of peripheral equipment such as point-of-sale terminals, printers, and modems to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to support smooth order processing and delivery workflows.
- Provide technical assistance through helpdesk channels, ensuring mínimal downtime and excellent internal user support.

In return you will receive:

- Package: $77,000 per annum plus superannuation
- Position: Full time (38 hours a week)
- Ongoing support from our team

Requirements of position
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
