**About the program**

Through this program, Coles would like to increase the level of female representation in leadership roles in our stores, and over time, achieve substantive equality for women in leadership roles at Coles.

On successful completion of the program, you will be fully prepared for your appointment as a Store Manager leading one of our supermarkets. In this highly autonomous role, you will have significant P&L accountability together with the chance to stretch your leadership capability as you manage upwards of 100+ employees.

You’ll receive post-program support and the opportunity for further progression throughout the group to continue to fuel your passion for a career in retail.

While experience working in a retail environment is preferred, success in the role will call on you to be highly perceptive, resourceful, and innovative, with the ability to delegate to team leaders to deliver key commercial outcomes.

Experience in full accountability for a P&L and for leading large, high-performing teams are both essential expectations of this role.
