**Pay**: $24.10-$31.23 per hour (dependent on age, experience, and skill level)
This rate includes casual loading (25% extra). Pay will be adjusted based on your age and classification level (Level 1, 2, or 3). For those with relevant experience or qualifications (such as a Certificate in Landscaping), the rate may be higher.
**Estimated annual salary (for Seek listing)**: $32,400 - $38,800 (based on 3 full working days per week; actual earnings may vary depending on hours worked).

**Growth Opportunity**

The position begins as **casual**, offering **1-3 days per week**, which suits our current stage of growth. We're steadily expanding and actively working toward transitioning the right person into a **part-time or full-time role** in the near future.

**Training & Probation Period**

We offer a paid trial/training period (typically 2-4 weeks) where you’ll work alongside the owner to learn the tools, workflow, safety standards, and customer service practices. During training, you'll be supported to become independent in the role.

In the beginning, you may work alongside the owner beyond the training period as you gain more skills and confidence. Over time, you’ll take on more responsibility and potentially more days.

We want to ensure you understand all facets of attending a job, including tool usage, customer service, and general job responsibilities. You’ll be expected to practice and master these skills during training to ensure high-quality work.

**Requirements for Employment**

To be eligible for the role, applicants must have or be willing to get:

- A valid Australian Driver’s License
- A police check (or ability to obtain one)
- Legal working rights in Australia (citizen, PR, or valid visa)
- Ability to tow (once trained)
- Physical capability to perform the job
- Tax File Number (TFN)
- Superannuation eligibility
