**About The Role**:
- The Gallery Supervisor is responsible for marketing art and related products that are produced by the artists who work in the QArt Studio.
- With a strong focus on sales, the Gallery Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring strong retail sales within the retail and corporate sectors, whilst maintaining an active social media presence. The role includes the day to day administration of running the gallery.
**About you**:
- Education, or qualification in a related arts field
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as within a team.
- Experience in a retail setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to show initiative
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in digital software including Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and cognizant of the communication needs of people with disabilities
