Café All Rounder/barista

We're an award-winning local coffee roastery on a mission to deliver exceptional coffee and create a welcoming atmosphere in Birkdale. We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Barista/All Rounder to join our team.

You’ll be the friendly face of our café, brewing specialty coffee, preparing delicious food, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. If you’re passionate about great coffee and enjoy working in a vibrant, community-focused environment, we want to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining consistency and excellence
- Assist with daily café operations, including food preparation and maintaining a clean environment
- Provide excellent customer service, making each guest feel valued and welcome
- Support inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required

**Requirements**:

- **Availability to work flexible hours on the WEEKDAYS**:

- Previous experience in a café or hospitality role is a plus, but not essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is a plus, but not essential
