**Your opportunity**

Our marketing team activates Westfield destinations to connect with communities and create engaging customer experiences. This includes delivering unique events, collaborating with community groups, creating digital content, managing social accounts, and partnering with retailers to market their brands.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager at Westfield Marion, the Marketing Executive drives exceptional customer experiences by supporting best-in-class activations and campaigns. In this role, you’ll shape marketing strategy, execute standout events, communicate effectively with retail partners and stakeholders, and contribute to the broader Centre Experience Team.

**Day-to-day you will be responsible for**:

- Lead key centre campaigns from concept to execution, managing timelines and budgets, with a focus on lifestyle, cultural events, and fashion. Key events include School Holidays, seasonal fashion, and Christmas.
- Implement the local digital strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to the centre’s marketing Plan, aligning retail energy, local priorities, and strategic programs with budget and resources.
- Assisting with management of the marketing budget, including sourcing quotes, creating purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality creative assets on time and within budget.
- Analyse insights and research data to understand customer needs.

**You will be**
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Experienced in marketing, including event management, brand management, digital and social media, and public relations.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to make decisions, take accountability, and drive high-quality results.
- An excellent communicator with strong negotiation and execution skills, paying close attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in customer experience, digital and social media, research, and analysis.
- Qualified in marketing or a related field (preferred but not essential).

**This is a 12-month fixed-term contract**, working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (with a day in lieu provided).
