Our products are engineered for durability and performance in Australia’s harshest environments, and we take pride in designing with both functionality and visual clarity in mind.
We are now seeking a highly versatile Multimedia Designer who can contribute across digital, print, 3D rendering, motion graphics, and digital layout adaptation across marketing channels. This role offers the opportunity to shape the visual identity of our growing national brand across marketing platforms, sales touchpoints, and product communication channels.

- Adapt visual content for delivery across various digital platforms (e.g. web, mobile, EDM), ensuring layout and quality are consistent with brand standards
- Manage asset archives, versioning, and cross-platform formatting (CMS familiarity is welcome for uploading and managing creative assets only,no coding or development tasks involved))
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert technical product data into engaging multimedia communication
**Job Requirements**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, 3D Animation, Communication Design, or related field

- Demonstrated ability to create 2D motion graphics and short-form videos using After Effects or equivalent (Keynote/Motion etc)
- High attention to detail and ownership of end-to-end production workflow
- Strong understanding of camera movement, visual rhythm, and narrative structure for multimedia storytelling
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to ACES workflow, animation compositing, and cross-platform delivery formats
- Ability to generate exploded technical views, realistic material finishes, and structural walkthrough animations
- Capable of translating CAD or engineering input into 3D assets suitable for customer-facing media
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Neto, Shopify, Maropost Commerce for uploading and updating visual assets only)
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial product visualization
