**Maintenance Officers **(Handypersons) to complete general repairs, preventative and grounds maintenance tasks for a Residential Aged Care client located in
**Sutherland NSW.**

This role would suit someone who has good all-round trade knowledge and skills, can do a bit of this and a bit of that and who has a can do attitude.

**Primary duties include**:

- General repairs (installing or repairing basic hardware, patching and painting)
- Some grounds work (pressure cleaning pathways, maintain lawns and existing gardens)
- Preventative maintenance (schedule checks to ensure safe operation of tools and equipment)

**Selection criteria**:

- Similar previous experience (trade, handyperson, maintenance, DYI)
- Knowledge of WHS requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transport and a licence
- National Criminal History Check
- Be fully Covid-19 Vaccinated
