**About the position**

Join the Engineering Construction team as a Grader Operator/General Hand and play a hands-on role in shaping municipal civil projects. You'll operate machinery to the highest safety standards, meet all regulatory requirements, and contribute to the delivery of vital works across the City.

**What we are looking for**

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

- Relevant experience in a similar role in civil engineering
- Delivering quality and desirable service levels in the context of the position requirements.
- Proven ability to prioritise and monitor personal workload with mínimal supervision to achieve agreed outcomes within specified timeframes.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, exercising initiative and judgement whilst working with mínimal supervision.

**Essential requirements**
- Current HR class driver's licence
- White Card
- Grader operator's accreditation
