**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Begin your journey with us as a **Food & Beverage Attendant **at the Westin/Four Points Brisbane. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will take care of our hotel guests while working in the Hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets - In Room Dining, Conference & Events, Settimo Restaurant or The Charles Bar.

In this hands-on position you will be responsible for welcoming and recognizing our guests with a positive attitude and smile. You will be the master of our menu offerings, and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive and proactive approach. Accurately deliver food and beverages promptly. Ensure tables are clean and set up according to the standards and have outstanding collaboration with team members to provide efficient and seamless service.

**Who you are and what you need**:

- Flawless grooming and attention to detail
- Hands-on approach to excel at delivering an elevated customer service experience
- A positive can-do attitude, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Must hold an RSA
- Be available to work over a 7-day rotating roster which will include working evenings, early starts, public holidays, and weekends
- Previous experience work experience
