- Keep a well-stocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment
- Create memorable guest experiences
- Adhere to Sofitel Brand standards and procedures diligently and seamlessly
- Support the housekeeping team ensuring all housekeeping supplies are available when needed

**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience as a house-person or housekeeper with inventory responsibilities (preferably in a luxury hotel environment)
- Physical fitness is essential as this is an active role
- Able to comfortably lift 10kg
- Safe manual handling training & experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests
- Organisation and Efficient time management skills
