**About the Role**
This highly specialised role will be responsible for leading the Insider Crime & Integrity Risk (ICIR) Triage Team within the wider Detection Team, and includes analysing, reviewing and monitoring a variety of detection alerts to determine any heightened Insider Crime, Anti Bribery & Corruption and Employee Due Diligence risk across NAB.
The role will be required to lead the alert triage service, investigate matters, make initial assessments on the risk in line with the IC&IR operational framework and facilitate the provision of an efficient and high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
**What you'll be doing**
Your key accountabilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage the delivery of ICIR detection alerts through triage lifecycle
- Coach and train team members on triage, outcomes and referral processes
- Monitor team performance and metric reporting
- Day to day WIP management and operations
- Undertaking operational uplift initiatives with support from ICIR leadership
- Quality Checks of alert outcomes and referrals to internal or external stakeholders
- Identify regulatory risk and follow breach reporting guidelines
- Assess risk and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Develop and maintain relevant process documentations
- Assist with the development and delivery of the ICIR Detection strategy
- Develop, coach and provide feedback to team members in order to help them maximise their potential
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, knowledge and communication skills

**What you'll bring**
To succeed in this role, you will bring professional experience working in a similar role coupled with unwavering drive and motivation to succeed in a diverse, fast paced and complex environment and have:
- 3+ years experience in a relevant role in Financial Services, locally or globally and/or equivalent experience in investigative roles, such as law enforcement, regulatory environments, government bodies or consulting
- A solid understanding of the global financial (Insider) crime landscape - typologies, crime types and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate and underlying knowledge of detection strategies for external/internal crime typologies
- Previous Leadership experience within a diverse team with a proven capability to deliver results
- Ability to lead operational uplift and change initiatives
- Demonstrated experience within operational or frontline teams
- Ability to analyse documentation, draw conclusions and resolve complex issues
