**Service Expectations**:
As a provider of the standard ECL Service, you will be expected to provide students with guidance and support as it relates to their capstone leadership projects. Core responsibilities include:

- Supporting students with development and ultimately submitting a Capstone Leadership Project Proposal, and Completion Form
- Developing a project management plan for your students capstone leadership project and conducting biweekly to monthly sessions, aligning with your own schedule, to aid the student in the execution of the project
- Remaining with paired students until completion of their project.
- Liaising with the ECL Admin team and the student Strategist to ensure that the student's capstone leadership project is on track and their experience is satisfactory

**Compensation**
- 15 minutes of preparation time
- 10 minutes filling out a session summary
- A potential 10-15 minutes of follow up or research on behalf of your student
