**About the Opportunity**

The Building Maintenance Technician plays a key part in participating in the day-to-day operations of the onsite city-based Maintenance Team.

**This could be just the right role for you?**

We are seeking someone with reasonable knowledge in general maintenance and basic handy man duties, further training can be provided if necessary. Advantages if you have any mechanical ,electrical, air-condition, refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment knowledge but not necessary at all.

Able to communicate understand instructions, willing to work as a team player, punctual, reasonable and good knowledge in computer usage.

- Relevant trade qualification/certificate or training
- Reasonable knowledge on computer systems
- Able to communicate and understand instructions
- Willing to work as a team player
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise in fast paced demanding hospitality environment
- Punctual
- Ability to be proactive, capable, resourceful, and adaptable
