**Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact**:
As our **2IC (Second in Charge)**, you’ll play a pivotal role in assisting our Director of Service and supporting the amazing team at our **Cheltenham** program.
Your main focus will be to ensure the kids have an unforgettable time while in our care. Here’s a sneak peek at what your day-to-day might look like:

- **Engage with the kids**: Lead and create fun, inspiring, and personalized activities based on the kids' interests and needs (we love a good crafting session, games, or sports).
- **Compliance hero**: Help ensure our program meets industry standards and regulations (keeping things safe and sound).
- **Parent liaison**: Be the friendly face parents can reach out to for questions or updates - we’re all about building positive relationships.
- **Be the school community’s go-to**: Represent TeamKids at school events, assemblies, and more when the Director is away.
- **Get involved in holidays**: Help coordinator and run our action-packed school holiday programs (we’re all about making holidays a blast).
- **Embrace the Fun**Get ready to play and let your inner child shine - fun is at the heart of everything we do.

**Hours of Operation**:
Before School Care: 6:30am - 9:00am
After School Care: 2:30pm - 6:30pm
Admin Hours - 5.5 hours

**About You - Do You Have What it Takes?**
We’re on the lookout for someone who:

- **Lives and breathes fun**: You know how to bring the energy and create a positive, lively atmosphere for kids.
- **Team player**: You’ve got a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills that help the team thrive.
- **Experience is a bonus**: Whether you’ve worked in Before/After School Care, education, or have a background in youth, sports, social work, or health - we welcome it. But if not, don’t worry We’ll provide the support and training.
- **Communication skills**: You can chat with parents, colleagues, and kids with ease and clarity - no awkward silences here
- **Learning & Growth**: You’re either qualified or studying toward a Diploma ACECQA-recognized qualification. If you're unsure, check out ACECQA’s website to see if your course qualifies.
