We have begun a new asphalt customer and will be ramping them up to two to three crews per day. Once bedded in, these crews will work five or six days a week year-round and full-time positions will become available for the right staff.

TrafficPOWER has been operating in the Newcastle and Hunter region, and across the state, for the last six years. **You will**:

- Come to work to help our customer get the job done,
- Follow established processes, and ,
- Thrive on the fast-paced nature of the work,
- Hustle when required,
- Be expected to pass drug and alcohol testing,
- Be punctual, reliable, fit, energetic, and able to work in a team environment,
- Have 2 years’ asphalt experience, and
- Possess a strong commitment to safety.

Team Leaders must have:

- Prepare a Work Zone Traffic Management Plan ticket,
- 1 year’s experience leading a traffic control team (for Team Leaders), and
- Demonstrable experience leading a large team of 10+ TCs on asphalt patching jobs kilometres long.

**ALL applicants must have**:

- General Construction Induction Card (White Card),
- Traffic Controller and Implement Traffic Control Plans tickets, and
- Minimum C class driver’s licence (MR or above highly desirable).

**Salary**: From $31.00 per hour
