We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional **Receptionist** to join our dynamic College Administration Team. As the first point of contact for students, staff, families, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and efficient front office environment while supporting a range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the College.
**About the Role**
The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and supporting student and parent inquiries. This role also involves day-to-day administrative support, managing sign-in processes, student logistics, and contributing to College events and co-curricular life.
Your ability to communicate effectively, multitask under pressure, and maintain a professional and approachable presence will be essential in this highly visible role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate student and visitor sign-in/sign-out processes.
- Liaise with students, parents, and staff to facilitate item deliveries, transport passes, and general enquiries.
- Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Support the mobile phone register, daily student runner coordination, and attendance logistics.
- Assist with College events, carnivals, and special activities as needed.

About You
As someone with previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (school environment preferred) you possess:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a welcoming and positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- An ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency in a busy environment.
- Technology and office systems skills, with adaptability to learn school-specific software.
- A collaborative and community-minded approach to work.
**What We Offer**
A part-time job share position where you will work 8.00 am to 4.00 pm every Thursday and Friday plus every second Wednesday. This is a **Term Time Only** position.
