**Responsibilities**:
The shift lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CS team, ensuring a seamless transition between shifts, and taking ownership of complex trade operations issues. This role focuses on maintaining an eagle's-eye view of operational needs during the shift, and efficiently prioritising and resolving trade-ops tasks and issues.
- Execute a seamless handover with the outgoing shift lead, ensuring all pertinent information is transferred.
- Prepare and deliver a comprehensive shift plan (SP) to the on-shift CS team.
- Monitor the CS team to ensure the SP is executed effectively and efficiently.
- Adapt the SP in real-time based on evolving trade operations needs.
- Resolve and own complex or technical trade operations issues that arise during the shift.

Individual Responsibilities:

- Actively communicate and report critical issues or developments encountered during the shift to trade ops managers, ensuring alignment and swift resolution
- Prioritize and address appeals during the shift, ensuring all are launched and updated as necessary.
- Regularly check ads to ensure they are active and optimized.
- Actively manage negative feedback, seeking resolution and customer satisfaction.
