**Start Date**: Shop opening in one month

**About Us**:
We are thrilled to be launching our new Greek eatery in Malvern Our mission is to provide exceptional dining experiences, blending authentic Greek flavours with warm and friendly service.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. As the face of our restaurant, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Handle payments, process transactions, and manage the POS system.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring the dining area is clean and inviting.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Greek cuisine is a plus but not essential.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- A team player with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
