We are seeking to hire a driven **Technical Writer **to be involved in delivering solutions that keep families, communities and the world connected.

Based in **Sydney or Melbourne**, the purpose of the role is to develop technical documents exclusively for our products and services, with responsibilities (but are not limited to) as outlined below.

**WHAT WILL BE YOUR FOCUS?**
- Working with internal and external stakeholders in gathering information to create and edit user manuals, installation guides, quick start guides and data sheets.
- Creating and maintaining online help systems and knowledge bases and ensuring documentations is accurate, clear, and current.
- Creating diagrams, screenshots, and other graphics to supplement the technical documentation.
- Creating training materials for end users and internal teams, including videos.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Tertiary qualification in Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in technical writing, with a proven track record of creating high-quality technical documentation.
- Strong copy writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with technical documentation tools including Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
- Familiarity with HTML, XML and CSS and the ability to create online help systems.
- Strong ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, or the desire and capacity to learn and upskill as needed.
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and concepts, such as programming languages, the software development life cycle and IT infrastructure.
