**IBUILD PM** is seeking a dedicated and reliable Traffic Controller to join our growing team. In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists on construction sites, roadworks, and special events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and maintaining traffic control signage, cones, and barriers.
- Directing traffic flow using clear and consistent hand signals and communication.
- Stopping and slowing traffic as needed to ensure worker and public safety.
- Monitoring work zones for potential hazards and reporting any issues.
- Ensuring compliance with all traffic control plans and regulations.
- Providing a professional and courteous demeanour to the public.

**Qualifications**:

- Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport.
- RIIWHS205E - Control Traffic Using Stop/Slow Bat (Ticket).
- RIIWHS302E - Implement Traffic Management Plan (Ticket).
- RIIWHS201E - Work Safely and follow WHS policies and procedures (Ticket)
- RIICOM201E - Communicate in the workplace (Ticket)
- White Card - OH&S Construction (Ticket).
- Traffic PPE, which will be discussed at interview.
- Good Positive Attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- A valid driver's license (may be required).
- Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
