- Demonstrates a strong interest in leadership and conservation.
- Has proven experience in developing and implementing business and operational plans.
- Possesses experience in liaising with and negotiating across a range of stakeholders.
- Exhibits strong organisational skills and the ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to support and share skills with a diverse group of people
