We are searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who has 2 plus years experience in a restaurant supervisor or manager role.

Part-time: 15-30 hours per week

The Black Toro is a upmarket restaurant in Glen Waverley, with an excellent reputation both in the community and the hospitality industry. We are a dynamic team of hospitality professionals who strive for excellence and we are currently looking for a Part-Time Supervisor, who is not only able to emulate our high service standard but also bring their individual skills and personality to the role.

You will assist our manager in the day to day running of the business, by managing staff, training staff, upselling, customer satisfaction, end of day cash up, meet cost targets, etc.

**Reliable travel is a must, as you will be responsible for opening and closing the venue - you won’t be able to rely on public transport as you will be working night shifts, which tend to finish after the last bus or train.**

Must have current RSA.

Police check is required.
Wine knowledge required, but further training will be provided.
Must be over 18 years of age

Pay: $25.80 - $32.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift

- Glen Waverley, VIC 3150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
